Store Management Opportunities

Our philosophy to promote from within is essential given the unique nature of our business. Store Opportunities

We have a variety of opportunities available throughout our network of stores. The Dimmeys team is made up of all types of people, many of whom arrived with plenty of retail experience, and some who joined without. All we require from our team members is a passion for retailing, positive attitude, a great work ethic, flexibility, commonsense and initiative.

Store Support Opportunities

Roles within our store support centre, located in West Footscray, Victoria, are made up of the following departments:

  • Warehouse Operations
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Finance and Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Buying

In addition to the right experience and qualifications, working in all of these functions requires a broad understanding of the retail environment, fresh ideas and problem solving skills, a commitment to working together and -like in our stores- a positive attitude and a lot of commonsense.
